Karen DeYoung is
the President/CEO of DeYoung Consulting Services, LLC.
|
Ms. DeYoung has worked as an instructional design
and performance improvement consultant since 1996.
Her many years of work as a consultant have enabled
her to quickly understand both an organization’s culture and
the training content. She has a Master’s Degree in Curriculum
and Instructional Systems from the University of Minnesota.
We also collaborate with a number of consultants who
can provide our clients with support in the areas of documentation,
evaluation and organizational development.

Linda Garrett-Johnson is
the CEO/President of The Word Applied, LLC a management and organization
development consulting company with a vision to “illuminate
pathways to effectiveness and contribute to developing organizational
capacity to sustain intended results.” Ms. Garrett-Johnson
has 17+ years of combined corporate and non-profit experience in
change management, strategic planning, and organization development,
with a specialty in the areas of children, youth and family development.
As a consultant she specializes in assisting corporate, nonprofit
and public sector organizations with a variety services including
strategic planning to identify long-term goals, emerging leadership
development to enhance individual performance, preparing for and
leading organizational change efforts, and designing infrastructures
and processes to sustain intended results.
Leah Goldstein Moses, President
and CEO of the Improve Group, works to address a need in the public
and non-profit sectors to make better use of available information
and find creative ways to answer questions. She specializes in evaluation
and research design, facilitation and helping organizations use
information for planning. She came to the field from a background
in program management at a time when grant-funded programs were
increasingly being asked to demonstrate results, sometimes for the
first time.
Nancy Weiss President
and CEO of the Catalyst Consulting Group, has over 15 years of experience
providing organizations with tailored solutions to a variety of
workplace challenges including training and education, performance
improvement, organization development support and change management.
Her education and training includes an M.ED, Instructional Systems
and Technology from the University of Minnesota (1995) including
a Professional Certificate in Training and Development. Ms. Weiss'
broad experience spans the organizational landscape from small start-ups
to large corporations and government agencies to Fortune 500 corporations.
She founded Catalyst Consulting Group in 2006 to broaden services
in knowledge management and work process improvement.
Amy Winkler, of Alva
Consulting, has over seventeen years of documentation experience
that includes coordination and management of various documentation
projects. She has proven skills in technical writing, desktop publishing
and online documentation.
Stella SiWan Zimmerman, President
of ACET, Inc. has managed several projects, including statewide
evaluations of the Minnesota Higher Education Services Office Get
Ready/GEARUP program and the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction's
Reading Evaluation and Demonstration of Success Initiative grant
program that included 86 schools across the state. She is currently
leading a national cluster evaluation of the Postsecondary Education
Programs Network E-learning transition project, a federal Community
Technology Center collaboration with a high school in Gary, Indiana,
and a quasi-experimental study of an early literacy program in Saint
Paul, Minnesota. Ms. Zimmerman has presented and facilitated sessions
on evaluation for the U.S. Department of Education and the American
Evaluation Association.
