the training need and develop an intervention using the ideal delivery

Consulting
Needs Analysis: We identify the
cause(s) of lack of performance and offer solutions to address those
needs. The issue may stem from training, or it could be any number
of factors, including a lack of communication, or a failure to adequately
document processes. We develop and implement the solutions or offer
you a plan for doing it yourself.
Job Task Analysis: Our very practical process of detailing
the duties, tasks and competencies associated with a position can
be used to create job descriptions, design learning, improve processes
or analyze the value of a position.
